Important Information

• Clearance certificates - Insist on producing clearance letter from previous club before selecting a new member.
  
• Changing of clubs during a season - Is NOT allowed, except in the case of bona fide students
  
• Confirmation of fixtures - It is the visitor’s responsibility to confirm details with Home Team
  
• Cancellation of fixtures - A fine is imposed on a team which fails to turn up for a match, points deducted.
  
• Changing of fixture dates- Is not allowed unless permission to do so is granted by the Manager Club Cricket.
  
• Preparation of pitches - Is the Home club’s responsibility, even on Council controlled fields.
  
• “Loading “ a team - Is regarded as a serious offence, particularly in respect of teams having byes.
  
• Match Cards & Captain’s Reports on Umpires - Must be submitted as stipulated in the Official Club Cricket Handbook.
