“In the Incentive Areas we were ranked as the top affiliate in the HUBS Category and in the Finance Category which was extremely pleasing as these two departments are crucial departments in our organisation.”
“Finally, I would like to congratulate Northerns Cricket Union who ranked 1st in the overall CSA Incentive Scorecard, but I am encouraged that we have moved a major step closer to being ranked as the top affiliate in the country, something which we will be striving for come the 2019 / 2020 season – the work has already started in earnest.”
Clinton du Preez, Cricket Services Manager at WPCA, expressed his delight at the improvement.
“We started in 2015 with our 3 and 5-year plan to improve on the operational and incentive scorecard and required all stakeholders to play their part, and I can confidently state that we are achieving our goals, the operational staff has played a significant role in going above and beyond the requirements to excel, we have identified areas of improvement and have commenced addressing them. Lots of credit has to go to our RPC/Hub Coaches, their assistants, identified schools and management structures in consolidating their efforts to ensure that we excel in the RPC and Hubs program.”
