Laura Wolvaardt was the leading run scorer of the tournament. She scored 282 runs in just seven innings with one century and 2 fifties at an average of 94. She said, “I’m very proud of myself for making it. I enjoyed participating in this tournament and I’m grateful to Cricket South Africa for rewarding me this great opportunity.”
Lara Goodall was also in the top five of the leading run scorers of the tournament. She finished with 200 runs in six innings at an average of 66.67. She said, “I’m very excited of this opportunity and I look forward to the new challenge ahead and will try my utmost best to contribute to the team in whichever way I can.”
