Mr. Le Grange suffered from flu on Christmas Eve and a sky high blood pressure before collapsing on Friday.
“It is really sad to learn of the demise of Peter Le Grange. He was very instrumental in the WPCSA and our Cricket South Africa (CSA) matches in Cape Town. On behalf of WPCA and rest of the cricket family I extend our sympathies to his wife, his two kids and to his colleagues and friends. WPCA will miss him dearly,” commented WPCA General Manager Nabeal Dien.
Peter was also an active member of the Western Province Hockey Union. He is survived by his wife, Wendy Le Grange and their two kids, Gabriella and Jean-Pierre.
Further details of the funeral will be communicated once finalised.
